Its a shame that Janice Ventura didn’t compensate her employees for the work that they did. It gives honest employers like myself an extremely bad name. Not to mention her credibility online goes way down the drain. I am an employer and I always pay out when I hire people. Not to mention I come from a Filipino family so to me its just plain wrong that someone could even do that. I know its hard enough for a Filipino to feed their families. So the way I look at it this person took bread off of the tables for the people she hired.
If anyone of you ever end up working for me I can assure you I will pay out. I would be shaming the Bandalan name if I didn’t. Yes as some of you may know I come from the Bandalan family and my uncle is none other than Doce Pares Grand Master Alfredo Bandalan who travels to Cebu City often to teach and work with students out of the Doce Pares Cebu City you can verify this information from http://www.bandalan.com I may be white but my mom married Grand Master Bandalan’s younger brother when I was 4 so even though I don’t carry the Bandalan last name I can say I’m proud to be a part of the Filipino culture and to be associated with the Bandalan name.
Again I am truly sorry Janice Ventura failed to pay some of you. I will keep a look out for her and if I happen to run into her I will let all of you know.
